After many request, Salt Pork to Sirloin Volumes I and II have both been reprinted and are available at the Baylor County Museum. Both books are full of information, history and photos of the county.
The museum also has a pictoral history of Baylor County book available.  That book also includes many photos and a lot of information on the county.
The Baylor_County_Museum is located at 116 N. Washington St, Seymour, Texas 76380 and is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. The museum can also be reached by calling 940-889-6780 or email baylorcomuseum@srcaccess.net
