Know all men by these presents
That I JOHN SIGLER of the County of
Anderson and State aforesaid for and in
consideration of the sum of Three Hundred

($300.00) Dollars to me paid by B. v. Sigler of the State and county
aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bar-
gained, sold and released, and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and release unto the said B. V. Sigler All that certain piece of parcel
of Land containing Fifty Eight (58) acres more or less situated in the
State and County aforesaid and lying on a branch of Little Generostee
Joining on the West by J. M. Reid land, on the South by Mrs. McAlisters
Land, on the East by J. D. Simpsons land and on the North by Mr. Beaty
land, for further particulars have reference to a Plat made by Robert
Stucky dated the 6^th day of March 1882. Together with all and singular the
rights, members, hereditaments and appurtenances to the said premises
belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining.
To have and to hold all and singular the said Premises unto the said B.
V. Sigler his Heirs, Executors, Administrators to warrant and forever
defend all and singular the said Premises unto the said B. V. Sigler his
HEIRS and assigns from and against me and my Heirs and against all
other persons whomever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any
part thereof.
Witness my Hands and Seal this 5^th day of May in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and Eight Two (1882) and in the one hundred and
sixth (106) year of the sovereignty and Independence of the United States
of America.
