Volunteer to help at the 2012 OGS Conference

In 2012 the Ohio Genealogical Society Conference will be held at the Cleveland Clinic Intercontinental Hotel on April 12-14,2012. We are looking for room monitors & banquet ticket takers. If you are interested in volunteering for one or more of these positions please send the below information or e-mail to cdrt1@juno.com. Now online to be viewed/downloaded/printed is The Conference Booklet. When you send a message to us below, we suggest that you include items in comments such as the following: 1. If you will be registered for the conference. 2. What days/hours you will be available to volunteer, such as Saturday afternoon or Any Time, etc. Include how much time you would like to volunteer, such as one lecture or anytime etc. 3. If you prefer room monitoring or banquet ticket taking. 4. A list of the talks you would like to attend. (No promises that you will get your choices, but we will do our best.) If you don't want to register for a full conference you can volunteer to monitor a room & listen to the speaker for free. If you want to be a banquet ticket taker you can attend the banquet if you pay for it without registering for the conference. You can also visit the exhibit room the day you work.
