Lesia Foster ABERDEEN - Lesia Gail Ballard Foster, 49, died Feb. 1, 2008, at her residence. Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the E.E. Pickle Funeral Home Chapel in Amory with the Rev. Stan Blaylock officiating. Burial will follow at Oddfellows Cemetery in Aberdeen. Visitation is today from 3 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and will continue until service time Monday. Mrs. Foster was born May 17, 1958, in Monroe County to Jesse Ballard Sr., and the late Ella Louise Bacon Ballard. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Apostolic Church, formerly a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Aberdeen. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Foster; and her step-mother, Betty Ballard. In addition to her father, she is survived by husband, Bobby H. Foster of Aberdeen; sons, Bobby Lee Foster of Amory and Andy H. and Chris L. Foster, both of Aberdeen; daughters, Jennifer Foster Ray of Fulton and Jessi L. Foster of Aberdeen; brother, Jesse Ballard Jr., of Aberdeen; stepbrothers, Bill Jurney of Amory, Ronnie Jurney of Jackson and Lewis Jurney of Okolona; stepsisters, Sammie Thorp of Jackson and Lisa Walker of Nashville; and eight grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Derek Lee, Tony Head, Jeremy Conaway, Charles Foster, Bobby Ervin Head and Kenny Loyd.
