Henry S. Jenks Chapter was honored to have our President General and Recording Secretary General as our guests. President General Stortz presented a wonderful program about women who served in the Civil War. A great time was had by all and as always, it was capped off with good food.

Our chapter celebrated 10 years as a chapter. Members enjoyed a potluck lunch with burgers cooked on the grill by our Regent’s husband. A wonderful birthday cake was enjoyed and a toast to Henry S. jenks, our chapter namesake, followed.

Then and Now Genealogical & Historical Society - March 16, 2011
Civil War Genealogy Fair - Finding your ancestors!What a grand time we had at Then and Now Genealogical and Historical Society in Dorr, MI. Shirley, Patt, Kathy and Judy mingled and worked with guests and staff to find their Civil War Ancestors. We even got a few prospective members from this event.
A potluck lunch and some time to share some quilts, what more can you ask for.
