Sons, Samuel and John Wheeler, all that land called "Wheeler's Point," lying in the province and county aforesaid, by estimation 250 acres, with all homes thereto belonging and to them equally; and if either dies the survivor to have all.

Executors: My sons, Samuel and John Wheeler.

Witnesses: John Cock, Ann Cock, Samuel Bowen.
Dated the last day of September, 1671.
