Item I give and Bequeath unto Richard Wells my eldest Son one Hundred and fifty acres of my Land at the North End of my whole Tract where he now lives to be laid of by a straight line across the Same to him the Said Richard Wells his heirs Executors and administrators of assigns for Ever and no more. -----------------------------------------------
Item I give and Bequeath unto William Wells my youngest Son my Negro man named Isaac and likewise the remainder and remainders of all my Land that I now possess after my above Said Son Richard Wells has his one hundred and fifty acres laid off as above said. Said Land being part of a Tract or Parcel of Land known by the name of Arabia Patra to him, his heirs Executors and administrators or assigns for Ever.-------------------
Item I give unto my Daughter, Cassandra Ward a Negro girl named Cate during her natural life and after her Death to her Son Richard Ward. ------------------------------------
Item I give unto my Daughter, Susanna Downing a Negro girl named Pat during her natural life and after her death to her Son Richard Downing. --------------------------------
Item I give unto my Daughter, Frances Kenly my Negro man named Londa. -------------
Item, I give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Rienshaw my best feather Bed and Furniture. -----------------------------------------------------------------
And Lastly my will and Pleasure is that all the remainder and remainders of my Personal Estate be Equally divided between my following children, William Wells, Cassandra Ward, Susanna Downing, Frances Henly and Elizabeth Rienshaw, and I do hereby appoint my Son William Wells and Edward Ward the Sole Executors of this my last will and Testament and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannul all and Every other, former Testament Wills Legacies Bequests and Executors by me in any ways before named willed and Bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & Seal this third Day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty two.
