I am looking for any info about Charles STEPHENSON. He was born in 1866 or 1867, possibly in Maryland. His father's name was Amos. Charles married 16 year old Emma PRICE in 1900, fathered 3 children and disappeared in about 1908. I believe he had family, including a brother William in Bel air MD.

My ancestor John KENNADY/KENNEDY was in Washington, Co., MD and on Dec. 10, 1777 he and Elizabeth Countryman went across the river to Patterson Creek, W.V. and were married by Rev. Thaddeous Dodd. Does anyone have any information on this area in the 1774-1779 time period, or records of any KENNADY/KENNEDYS in the area at that time? Thanks for your help.

I'm looking for info on the whereabouts of descendants of Daniel W. SNYDER, b. 4/12/1848, d. 8/31/1924. He was married to Catherine BOOR/BOORE, daughter of Jacob and Elizabeth BOOR of Cumberland Valley Twp., Bedford Co., PA., in August 1871. Daniel SNYDER was a son of Philip and Mary Ann Fletcher SNYDER of Monroe Twp., Bedford Co., PA., and taught school for several years in the PA/MD/WVa area. He also wrote for and edited several small town newspapers in the area, including the old Cumberland Alleganian. His children were Blanche, Roby, Lillian, Grace, Audrey, Anna, Grover, and Eula. All are long deceased. Eula SNYDER married a JAMISON, and was city receptionist for some time in Cumberland. Daniel SNYDER was buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, and may be buried with family as well. I'm very much interested in exchanging info with any descendants or close relations to this family.

DAVIDSON'S STORE IN LONACONING: Am attempting to find information on an old store located at one time in the town of Lonaconing. Not certain if it was a department store or a mercantile or exactly what. The name was still over the building in the 1970's. It read Davidson's___________store. Would love to know history of this business. Thanks
