Solomon HENDRICKSON appears in the 1810 census of Allegany Co., MD. I am seeking the parents of Solomon HENDRICKSON [b: 1782, PA], Jesse HENDRICKSON [b: 1790/3, MD], and Frances HENDRICKSON [b: 1800, PA] who were siblings. And possibly another sibling was Ann HENDRICKSON [b: 1801/4]. These Hendricksons were of Swedish descent.

For awhile at least, it seems that these Hendricksons moved back and forth between nearby PA and Allegany Co. A Simeon HENDRICKSON and his son, Dr. Levi HENDRICKSON, appear in an 1812 Somerset Co., PA deed witnessed by Solomon HENDRICKSON and David HENDRICKSON. It is said that Simeon later moved to Harrison Co., OH. Solomon HENDRICKSON also appears in the 1820 and 1830 censuses of Columbiana Co., OH--in Fox Twp which eventually became part of Carroll Co., OH.

Frances HENDRICKSON married John J. FOSTER in Harrison Co., OH on 14 Feb 1822--near where Solomon lived. Solomon, Jesse, and Frances and their families finally settled in McDonough Co., IL and are buried there. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

Edward, Clarence, Harry and Frances CASTLE are all children of Francis Sherman CASTLE, born 1875? at Flintstone, MD and Dolly (Sara) FLIEGLE, born? Francis, Elizabeth, Ella, and Ara CASTLE are all children of Calvin CASTLE, born? and Mary Elizabeth TWIGG, born? Twiggtown, MD - I think. Any information is appreciated.

Also seeking any information as to the ancestry of Calvin CASTLE and/or Mary Elizabeth TWIGG (wife) probably married circa 1870? Children: Francis S.(born in Flintstone), Elizabeth (Bess), Ella and Ara. Francis S. CASTLE married Sara (Dolly) FLIEGLE circa 1895? I am searching for any information available on the families of Lawrence A. ATKINSON, born 1879 in Lonacoming, MD and his wife Estella BURTON, born 1884 at Bordeau Mines, MD. I have no idea when they were married, but I know that they did have 5 children, one of whom was my great-grandmother Mary Jeanette ATKINSON born July 21, 1912 at Midland, MD. Her sister Betty was born on January 10, 1910. All I know of Lawrence was that he was a miner. This is all the information I have. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
