Am seeking info on any of the HUMBERTSONs in Allegany Co Maryland. Apparently they are connected to the HUMBERSONs and the UMBERSONs. My gggrandfather Jerome G. UMBERSON b1810 ALA had brothers Alexander Marion b1812 ALA and John b1813 ALA. It seems as though the ones who went farther south (McLellan Co, Leon Cty, Limestone Cty TX used UMBERSON except for Alexander and the ones who went farther along the Eastern shores went by HUMBERSON or HUMBERTSON. Am desperately seeking info on just who was Jerome George,Alexander Marion and John's parents. Any info would be apprecitaed.

ISO info on Henry BULL who gave his birth place as Frostburg, Allegany County, in his 14 Nov 1856 marriage record in Rockingham County, Virginia. At that time, Henry was 25, so born about 1830/1831. However, I believe his father, John BULL, may also have been married in Rockingham County to Frances "Francy" SHIRKEY. That would contradict Henry's birth place info.
