We are located in Chicago, Illinois area.

Objective of the Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War are to perpetuate the memories of our Fathers, their loyalty to the Union and their    unselfish sacrifices to the preservation of the same, and to keep alive the history of those who participated in that heroic struggle for the maintenance of our free government, Article III, Sec. I   Constitution & Bylaws.

Charities:

Nurses Scholarship in which $400.00 is given to an applicant who applies each college year. Said applicant has to prove they are in a Nursing or Doctors Program with an accredited College. 

Veterans, Illinois Veterans' Home located at Quincy, Illinois, and the American Red Cross.

OUR GOALS:
 Help others locate their Civil War ancestors so they may join DUVCW to honor their Civil War Ancestor.
 Attend Civil War reenactments and living history events.
