I am searching for the burial place of Robert Milner Echols and his
wife Mary Melton Echols Rogers. After the death of Robert Milner Echols
in Mexico during the Mexican War, his body was brought back and buried
in Georgia in a family plot. His wife later married Judge Job Rogers in
1851. At one time, there was talk on the Internet that R. M. Echols body
was going to be moved to allow development of that area. I am planning
a trip through that area and would like any information that you can give
me. Thank you, Kay
