The TTTP Alaska Research Exchange is a way for researchers to
exchange research time between locations. If you are
able to volunteer to do research in the area where you live in exchange
for research done in Alaska, you may participate. Research
requestors may reside in Alaska, any state in the United States or in any other
If you agree to participate, you may ask for
reimbursement for your expenses, such as copying and postage, but please do not
ask for a fee beyond expenses.
When requesting research from someone,
do not expect someone to do your research for you. Your requests should be
limited to specific questions such as checking the index for one or two names,
or obtaining an obituary from a specific date.
DISCLAIMER... BE SURE

this service as another tool for Alaska researchers, participants MUST

Participating researchers must work out any arrangements, agreement, or
disagreements between themselves. This is a voluntary program based
on the honor system.
If you have a complaint about any researcher,
contact me immediately and state the problem.
Check the state listing where you
would like to have research done and see if anyone needs research done in your
area of residence. To contact a research exchange requestor, click on the

sharing research time.
As requests are made, the state
