HRYNYK, Edward 1940 - 2006 Edward Hrynyk passed away peacefully on December

13, 2006 at the age of 66 years. Edward is survived by his devoted wife,

Shirley; three daughters and one son, Jody (Krys), Sherry (Larry), Leanne

(Steve) and Jason; six grandsons, Trevor, Justin, Ryan, Kyle, Aaron and

Cameron; four sisters, Sonja (Allan) Kropielnicki, Victoria (Norm) Meier,

Hilda Wagil and Elsie (Joe) Paranich; five brothers, Donald, Alex (Alice),

George (Vicky), Steve (Kay) and Andy (Doris); as well as numerous relatives.

Predeceased by parents, Harry and Anne Hrynyk; sister and brother-in-law,

Marian and Alex Kassian and brother-in-law, John Wagil. Special thanks to

Dr. Au, Dr. Sawyer, nurses at the Cross Cancer Institute; as well as Dr. Ron

Barton and Patricia Martin (Home Care) for their care and compassion during

Ed's illness. Relatives and friends may pay their respects Sunday, December

17 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 - 111 Avenue with

prayers to follow at 5:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, December 18

at 10:30 a.m. at St. John Bosco Roman Catholic Church, 13503 - 40 Street,

with Reverend Romano Venturelli SDB officiating. In lieu of other tributes,

donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, Alberta Cancer

Foundation, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.
